TPG Telecom were seeking a partner who could work with them to create the strategy and blueprint of their ‘workplaces of the future’. Contour were engaged to undertake the workplace strategy, design and project delivery of their latest workplace environment that would enhance and support new ways of working.

We listened to their key challenges around talent attraction, team connectivity and maximising efficiency, and worked with them to establish a positive workplace strategy that would effectively overcome these constraints.

Our in-house design and delivery team developed the strategy further to create a highly flexible and ceremonial space that effectively supports a wide range of functions. Focus areas and dynamic work hubs are interwoven with collaborative settings, celebration spaces and multipurpose zones, ensuring the ultimate workplace experience in the new world of work.
