Contour Interiors were engaged to undertake the strategy, design and project delivery of their new office in Melbourne. Our design and management teams worked closely with the Atomos team to deliver a high quality, tailored outcome.

Atomos required a workplace environment that allows for efficient work, as well as having work settings that encourage high performance. Being a highly innovative organisation meant that Atomos needed a design that would foster creativity and challenge the status quo, while also allowing for options to enable individuals choices.

Atomos’s growth trajectory and business model meant that, in addition to providing a suitable work environment for current staff, they needed to ensure their space was future-proofed. This was achieved through the use of flexible work environments that could cater for an increase in staff numbers. Given the current talent shortage in the technology sector, this space needed to be designed and built in such a way that it would draw and support new top-tier talent in innovative and creative ways.
